Optical Frames Sourcing collects inquiry fields such as name, work email, company, phone and procurement requirement text so we can coordinate factory quotes. Optional budget and supplier preference notes are treated as part of that requirement when submitted.

Use of inquiry data

We use submitted details to restated specifications, approach factories and follow up on the same request. We do not sell inquiry lists. Named suppliers receive only the scope needed to quote the written requirement.

Retention
